All appointments include check-in about health status and an acupuncture treatment. Based on individual needs, some patients will also receive lifestyle and nutritional feedback, supplements, herbal medicine, cupping or moxa. Your initial appointment will also include a comprehensive, holistic health intake.

Insurance
We are an in network provider with Cigna, United, Sutter Select, and worker’s compensation. For all PPO plans that we are out of network with, we can check your insurance benefits and give you superbills that you can submit to your insurance company. We also accept HSA/FSA cards. Please fill out the insurance verification form below for more information about your plan’s acupuncture coverage.
Cancellation Policy: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if you do not cancel or reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment. Due to the time it takes to check in and come up with a treatment plan during each session, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this will be considered a late cancellation. For insurance patients, we cannot bill your insurance for sessions that aren't attended, and you will be responsible for the full fee. The fee will not be charged if you are sick or if you have had any COVID-19 exposure or symptoms.
